Three main ideas will fill the body paragraphs of my five paragraph essay. These three main ideas cover production & distribution of movies/tv, emtional content & structure, and the development of screen entertainment and what we may see in the future. As for the production & distribution portion, it will focus mostly on the technical aspect of how making a movie has changed due to the demands of the ever growing new technology as well as the demand of its audience. It will cover the 2D to 3D change in technology. In aspects of distribution, this essay will cover new websites such as Netflix and Hulu as well as the new movie distributing company, Redbox. This new device that lets you rent and return movies from a machine has taken businesses like Blockbuster out of business for its convenience and reasonable price. It's very important to understand the new era that has come about in viewing movies.
As for emtional content, this paragraph will cover movies and TV shows that use a new particular kind of humor. TV shows such as "The Office" and "Modern Family" as well as movies such as "Stepbrothers" and "Superbad" will be discussed because of the types of humor used. Structure will also be important to this paragraph because it will tie in the use of mobile phones in narratives and how they are used to develop and accelerate the plot.
Lastly, the development of screen entertainment and possibilities of what we may see in the future will be discussed. These ideas include more interactive phones, possible Wifi internet chips inserted into your body.
