The rival between the Apple and IBM/Microsoft companies have always intrigued me. I think that the companies focus on such different things for being rivals when really, you can hardly compare the two. The Apple company was created by Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak who focused more on how the computer operated and really added their flashy flair to it. They mastered a thin PC that gained a lot of popularity, creating the MacBook, MacBook Pro, and Mac Book Air. Do not be fooled though, the Apple company does not reign over all. If you open your eyes when you enter a grocery store or other chain stores, you will notice a small logo in the bottom corner saying "IBM." IBM's computers were made for large companies and used a software called Microsoft. It is definitely a more work related type of system and cannot be compared to the Apple's PCs because they are just too different.
